The VirtueMart Froogle Feed module has the ability to use most SEF URL components. I am not saying that they all work, as i genuinely haven't had time to check them all, but i know for definite it works with Artio as this site uses Artio SEF component with no modifications at all.
I have been told by other clients it works fine with open SEF and other brands, but as i said i have not tried it yet.
If you are to export massive numbers of products (about 3000 and above), you may find that the server times out before it is generated. The best way to improve this is by turning off the SEF feature, so it exports standard URLs, and then turn it back on again.
Of course this problem is purely a server resources issue, we have had clients export 120,000 products with SEF turned on, so its not a module issue if it times out, its a server resources problem.
