Hi we purchase the new full version and are receiving error :

Site error: the file /hsphere/local/home/admindrew/marketplace.kazooit.com/joomla/mambots/system/vmrss_v4.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

is there an fix for this?

we would really like to have this mod it would save us a lot of hassle

We purchased this because of the fast email you sent back assuring that the mod would work even thought the test file didnt work!!!
you said you would refund me if this mod wouldnt work and that you could get it to work

Hi There, yerp, i also received your email, but couldn't reply as my Outlook has died/corrupted. I was going to fix my PC and then reply to you tomorrow.

The error you have there is just to tell you that the IonCube loaders need adding, and is quite normal

If you go to this thread
http://www.virtuemartfrooglefeed.com/froogle-feed-forum/version-4/ioncube-errors.html

It shows you there, how to solve it, if you have any probs, just drop me an email. I will get it sorted for you as soon as i sort my PC out, which should (hopefully) be tomorrow.

All the best
Ian

PS
Please dont drop my email address on here, i get between 400 and 1000 emails per day, all trying to sell me stiffy pills and offer me the chance to make 1 million dollars per day in my spare time and having my email on here will just make it worse

Its the "Linux" and "i686" bit they are looking for in your system info above.

So in here http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
You will see "Linux (x86)" and all the different archives, you need to choose the zip file, as it is the easiest to control with winzip, winrar or just windows.

Extract that zip file into a temp folder and then upload all the files you find in to the folder www.yourwebsite.com/mambots/system/ioncube/
and upload to the web

Hopefully, it should start working correctly

I uploaded file ioncube_loaders_lin_x86 and we dont get the ion cube loader message any more but we get a blank page for the home page and 404 for the all_products.xml page
are there any other things i could check?
you said that the permissions for the mod xml file could be set wrong can you tell me the file name that i would check?

Just an update, as i tried to email you, and your email address is dead, so the emails bounced back.

I have downloaded your entire site, all 200+mb of it, and uploaded it onto my server, to test if it is your hosting or my feed at fault.

Apart from the images, i have uploaded all other files including the database
http://host.newworldhosting.co.uk/~kazooit/

And then run the feed on my server with no changes at all the database, or settings. all i did was publish the Froogle feed mambot, and refresh the home page.

These XML files were generated
http://host.newworldhosting.co.uk/~kazooit/mambots/system/vmrss_v4/

Both All Products and Latest Products have been produced fine.

So the fault is somewhere with your hosting not the feed. You need to talk to your hosting company about this and see if they can help you as something is preventing the feed working or being generated.

My hosting is just standard Linux VPS environments, nothing special at all. I have it set as standard as possible, so when i develop anything, i know it should work anywhere else.

As i left your username and password in the Mambot for Google Base, you should see the feed uploaded to your Google account, which will probably fail, as their are so many products, i would imagine without looking, a few have special characters or errors that Google will fail.

All the best
Ian
