Do these loaders have to be installed using root or administrator? Because I do not have access.

Also, the error I am getting is:

Site error: the file /home/promopri/public_html/mambots/system/vmrss_v4.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

When I get the ionCube support enabled will that be the only issues that needs to be taken care for the error message above?

Hi All
I have had some detailed conversations with Nick from IonCube, and they say there is no problems with using GoDaddy, you just need to do it in a different way than i have explained on here.

What i have done is ask IonCube to write up a detailed instruction guide on how to install ioncube loaders, and then i will post it on here. I will prob even set up a specific GoDaddy part of this forum to allow people to see exactly what to do and not to do.

As soon as i know more, i will let you know.

Hi, Ian. My administrator was able to install ionCube on my account but not on the whole server. I logged into Google Base Beta, but it said that the upload failed.

"Data feed upload failed. No items are live."

On the details link it mentions that number of items processed was 153 but none were inserted.

Any suggestions???

The IonCube sounds like it worked perfectly, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to upload at all to Google base, so i wouldn't worry about that

On the error message in Google it will show something like

The expiration date should be in the future. help expiration date:2008-01-01 59

It will prob start to replicate itself all the way down, as it will be more than likely something like thing wrong is all your products or a simple setting. Don't worry about the "Recommend" warnings, for example the one above it says ISBN is only for Books, and so on. The reason why my example above has failed, is because its an old version of my feed, and i haven't set the date 30 days in the future.
The numbers i have mad bold are the line number of your XML, to let you know exactly where the problem is. If you open your XML doc in notepad2 you can see the exact line it is talking about

If you could let me know the first 10 or so line numbers like

ean 49
mpn 49

And a link to your website, so i can take a look at your XML file and work out whats gone wrong.

But i wouldn't worry, as the mambot is def creating the XML file and uploading to Google, otherwise Google wouldn't be able to complain
