Hi all,

I'm having difficulties with my Virtumart Froogle v4 , since from nearly 300 products in our Virtuemart store, only 65 are being uploaded to Google Base using data feed, and since your mambot is encrypted we can't troubleshoot this.

Did anyone had similar issues?

Also one note, perhaps I missed this when reading instructions for ioncube, but froogle package contains ioncube for 32-bit servers, and since mine was 64-bit, it took me some time to figure out where is the problem with ioncube. Just downloaded 64-bit ioncube from their website, and now it's all ok. I hope that this will save some time to someone else.

still the same problem.
well, is there a way I can get those XML files that are being uploaded to uploads.google.com ? I checked my google FTP account, however there are no XML files (I hoped that the old XML files are deleted just before uploading new ones) to try to download them to my computer, and maybe figure out where's the problem.

Is there a way I can get all_products.xml file to my computer?

I would really appreciate any help I could get.

Sorry for the delay, i have been away, and I'm about to drive now from Newcastle to Bristol and back, setting off in 20 Min's.

Can you please send an email to Google and ask them why this is happening, as i desperately need to know the answer, i am trying to make V4.4 at the moment, and that is one of the top snags to fix, but nobody has given me the reason why this is happening yet. http://base.google.co.uk/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=error&hl=en_GB

Its happened a lot, the XML looks perfect we know how many are going up, but only a small percent are being processed, and we dont know why Google fails it.

Google needs to tell us why, so i can make a fix for it.

If it is any help, I am getting an error for all_products.xml, the error is "We did not understand some of the XML formatting in your file. You may be missing a tag or have a nesting or formatting error. Line 13"

Also it does not seem to be uploading the images for my site

Have you multiple tax rates?
Multiple Shopper Groups?
Child Products?
The same products in more than one category?
