ian,
thanks for responding to the email i do understand the frustration you are feeling about
this and im sorry we have with no problem paying you for this bot but it was sold to me
as a working google feed loader. we have talked to the hosting company and was told that
ion cube support is supported and active.if you can tell me what i need from them i will
see if i can get it. ixbebhosting is big and to my knowlede the only option for us with
unlimited hosting but that they won't work on third party softwear. the cubecart 4
program that we run uses ion cube. we need our items on google base is there a manual way
of loading them with your program. we do have xml output from sef sitemap but it only
will put out the news items and content even thought we have the plugin for virtual mart.
the guy at ixwebhosting said i should try putting it in the root sounded like
.ixbebhosting.com/server/?/marketplace.kazooit.com/joomla/google/mabot/
i dont really kwow what he meant by that. or how to do it. let me know what you come up
with. send me your advertising and the site adresses that you what indexed, do you know a
way to raise the amount of the exported information
so we can upload by csv to base. we are going to be building the advertising
joomal to include as many resourses to free advertising and marketing for people.
google,googlebase will be covered entirely.
we can't close the Paypal dispute and then reopen it agian.
please let us know if you come up with any ideas or leads.

Hi there
I have just spent the last 1.5hrs on your site trying to find anything wrong
and couldn’t find anything at all wrong with Joomla or the Froogle feed due
to conflicts of code or incorrect coding.
I am downloading the entire website right now as I type and I will set it up
on my hosting to see if it works. If it works ok, it is your hosting, if it
is still not working, I will try and find what the fault is as it must be
fixed so other clients don't have the same problems with it.
I don’t think it is a confliction of any other Mambots on your site, as I
just turned them all off, and it was still making the site go white, so if
no Mambots were turned on, then in theory there should be no conflict.
When I have the site set up, I will send you a link to it as well, so you
can see how it looks and works on here. I live in the UK, but about 85%+ and
up of my work is in the states, so I have hosting over there, so it
shouldn’t be bad for you.
Can I just add though, I'm not happy about the way you are conducting things
with PayPal. I really am trying my hardest to make this work for you, and
putting in much more effort than £25 of labour would cost you. You say you
have other trouble with other XML creators, like site maps etc, so maybe
it's not my feed that is the problem, but the site or hosting.
I don’t expect it to be the site to be honest, I have a strong feeling it is
the hosting, as a Joomla site is exactly the same as any other Joomla
website out there, as they use the same lines of code. So the only thing
unique about your site and all the others out there is the hosting.
As you can see from my feedbacks, I have never ever messed anybody about,
and as I said, if I can't get it to work, then I would refund your money. So
there was no need to open a dispute with PayPal.
I would really appreciate it if you could close the dispute to stop any
further actions with them. If I find it is the fault of hosting, I will
offer you either my hosting at the same price your paying now and transfer
your site over for you, or ask you to get the hosting fixed by your hosting
company.
But lets see how your site works on my server first before making any
decisions on things.
Kindest regards
Ian
