www.mysite.com does not load after Publishing Bot

After installing the demo and publishing it, My front page won't load. Im using joomla 1.0.13 virtuemart 1.0.13 and inernet explorer 6. I would like to purchase the product today if I can get this fixed. Please help

Let me just say this guy is awsome. I get better service from him then a lot of other places in my own country. I must admit I was a littler leary before, but Ian is a true gentleman that does exactly what he says. I have over 377 products and 28,000 customers. This Bot was a must have!!!! Thanks Ian for making me look good to my boss'. Again you were great, and I look forward to my next purchase.

Do you have the solution as my site is doing a similar thing.
Where does it save the XML file? is it that the system does not have the permissions to write this file somewhere?
